The purpose of an examination is foundational, and drives all aspects of itsTheintegratedexaminationretainsthesamefundamentalexaminationpurposeasthe NBDEPartIandPartII.
The JCNDE has issued a formal notification that the Integrated National Board DentalExamination(INBDE)willbeavailableforadministrationbeginningonAugust1,2020.The NBDE Part I will be discontinued on July 31, 2020, and the NBDE Part II will bediscontinuedonAugust1,2022.
The INBDE is a 500-item examination which will be administered via computer at testcentersthroughouttheUnitedStatesandUSterritories.Itwilltakeone andahalfdaystocomplete.
INBDErelieslessonroteknowledgeandinformationrecall thanthe currentNBDEexaminations do, and instead it emphasizes the relevance of the basic sciencesthroughtestitemsthatlinkscienceandclinicalapplication.
Candidatesmustwaitaminimumof90daysbetweenAftertheir third failed attempt, candidates must wait one year before they can retest on theINBDE.TheJCNDEwillreviewthispolicy againin2021.
TheDomainofDentistrywasestablished tohelpsupportdevelopmenteffortsfortheIntegratedNationalBoardDentalExamination(INBDE).
TheDomainofDentistryrepresentstheClinicalContentareasandFoundationKnowledgeareas required for the safe, independent, general practice of dentistry by entry-levelItcontains56ClinicalContent(CC)areasand10FoundationKnowledge(FK)areas.

Testfilewillbegiveninmessengergroup1hourbeforethesessionstartingtime and then candidate needs to solve the file on his/her own. After thatdiscussionofthewholefilewillstarton ZOOM.
